Let me share a brief update of sales in August but first let’s talk about TBGCC location. Our community is well placed for every imaginable service and now proven to pursivear in a Hurricane. Only one tree came down at Cup and Moshie in Deer Hollow HOA. No loss of power or other service. That’s got to say something for our location and infrastructure and management.
Eleven (11) homes sold, (2) temporarily off the market for reasons I can’t share. Fifteen (17) have gone pending, one my listing and one I brought a buyer too that’s list was almost $260,000. Fourteen have been listed in the past 6 weeks. Most of these are still active. Exceptions are when the home has been undervalued. Buyers are educated and when that home goes on the market with great value it’s not on the market long. Four (4) went pending immediately.

With this said, let me say that the contract law I’m currently privileged to have studied in recent weeks is extremely enlightening. It’s much more specific, the technology it brings with the studies is very detailed and clear. We compared the Florida Association of Realtors contracts, with the NEFAR contracts and I’ve must say it’s been a pleasure to experience.
