Twelve (12) homes were listed in the past 30 days. Nine (9) homes went under contract and Twelve (12) closed, (SOLD)!  The best yield per sq. ft. was $140 a sq. ft. and extraordinary. One on Buncombe sold for only $107.00 a sq. ft. surprising. The most common size that sold were between 1700 and 1780 sq. ft.  this equals out to an average of $115.00 a sq. ft. or average sale price of $221,000.  Location, Condition, and upgrades are huge factors.
