Let me share a brief update of sales in August but first let’s talk about TBGCC location. Our community is well placed for every imaginable service and now proven to persevere in a Hurricane. Only one tree came down at Cup and Moshie in Deer Hollow HOA. No loss of power or other service. That’s got to say something for our location and infrastructure and management.

Eleven (11) homes sold, (2) temporarily off the market for reasons I can’t share. Fifteen (17) have gone pending, one my listing and one I brought a buyer too that’s list was almost $260,000.  Fourteen have been listed in the past 6 weeks. Most of these are still active. Exceptions are when the home has been undervalued. Buyers are educated and when that home goes on the market with great value it’s not on the market long.  Four (4)  went pending immediately.

You now have twice the exposure of any other brokerage in the Greater Tampa Area, and a team of well-seasoned extremely sharp agents.

I want to welcome Lucaya Ruiz, Brittany & Eamon Bolten to my team. What a huge asset to our Community.  I have also joined RE/MAX Coastal Real Estate. We now offer you the best representation you could ever imagine.  As a member of Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. “ GTR”! Now the North East Associations of Realtors “ NEFAR”, we offer you more than 80,000 Realtors to share our new listings with and to be honest, the NEFAR contract orientation has been extremely enlightening. I’ve been blessed, and privileged to work with two (2) extraordinarily sharp Real Estate attorneys. Offering required contract law and negotiation strategies few practicing Realtors have the privilege to experience.

With this said, let me say that the contract law I’m currently privileged to have studied in recent weeks is extremely enlightening.  It’s much more specific, the technology it brings with the studies is very detailed and clear. We compared the Florida Association of Realtors contracts, with the NEFAR contracts and I must say it’s been a pleasure to experience.
